IMPORTANT NOTICE - CLOSURE DUE TO COVID-19 VIRUS
We are all aware of what is happening all around us and that there are many questions and fears regarding the COVID-19 virus. As we all continue to monitor the outbreak, I would like to let everyone know that I am feeling the need to take extra precautions during this time. The safety and health of all is my top priority. Therefore I am postponing all classes until April 6th. I feel this is the most responsible and prudent action to be taken at this time As we know things are changing daily so I will be assessing closer to April 6th start up date to ensure it is safe to do so. Sending strength, love , support and high vibrations to you all. Let us take care of each other, lift each other up, support each other. The world needs our compassion and healing vibrations.
Exciting News! - Change is happening - we are in the midst of changing our name! The new name will be Breath of Life Kundalini Yoga. Same Studio, same Teacher just a new name! Stay tuned as the changes are occurring and I will update you on the progress.

It was after my trip to India that I allowed myself to entertain the thought of taking these sacred teachings and sharing them by becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga. I’ve been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 15 years under the guidance of Devi Kirn Kaur and know of the powerful transformation it has over a person.
I travelled to Rishikesh India and took a Kundalini training course there for Stress and Vitality under the guidance of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. While there, we travelled to Amritsar where the Golden Temple is, as well as visiting many other places and experiencing the wonders of what India has to offer. It was in India where Yoga originated over 5,000 years ago! These experiences led me to realize that I need to share these sacred teachings.
I am now walking my Dharma………..I am a Kundalini Teacher, teaching out of Hamilton, Ontario.
My mission is to hold the space for you, so that you can experience the blessing of awakening for yourself and thus to serve the awakening of humanity. My intention is to deliver the Kundalini teachings with respect and reverence so that you can bring them into your life. My goal is to uplift you, touch your spirit and soul and to leave you with your heart overflowing with love, compassion and gratitude for life and all that it brings you! Sat Nam
